family you work with. Unique to our placement process is the compatibility evaluations we give
to both families and nannies. These evaluations give you valuable information about your child care

preparation and interviewing techniques. During the interview process, we stay in close contact
with you, relaying feedback between you and the family so that you always know where you stand.
Once you've found the right family, we'll work with them to put together an offer that details your
responsibilities, schedule, salary and benefits. We'll present the offer to you and help you
negotiate a fair wage and benefit package. We'll act as your representative until you're satisfied
with all aspects of the offer. You'll never have to negotiate directly with the family and we'll
make sure each agreement is appropriate and fair.
